What size do I need?

Simply use the Fit Quiz on the product page, answer a few short questions and our AI will recommend the perfect size for you.

When will I receive my order?

If you order before 4 p.m., your package will be with you the next working day.

All orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day and will reach you 2 working days after receipt of the order.

For orders outside Germany we need 3 to 4 working days.

Can I return items if I don't like them?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and free returns in Germany.

To return an item, simply use the link in your order confirmation to register your return yourself or contact us by email at service@paxarino.com and we will take care of everything.

When will I get my money back?

As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked, you will receive a return confirmation by email. Depending on the payment provider, it can then take up to 10 days for the money to be back in your account.
